Approach
Typical engagements can take anywhere from a few weeks to over a year to complete. I typically charge per day or per project. The most important factor is that together we always identify clear deliverables and agree on what success looks like right from the start.
I follow a four-stage engagement model:
- Audit - I delve into your current business situation, both past and present, and build a detailed picture of performance, capabilities, employees, resources, markets, opportunities, and more.
- Strategy - My mission is often to develop a simple yet impactful plan that accelerates your business forward.
- Implement - I take the lead and get hands-on, energising your current resources. If necessary bring in external experts to assist.
- Embed - My aim is to create internal sustainability by up-skilling internal teams through training or by hiring new employees with appropriate skill sets.
